    THE LONELY HOLIDAYS

     Yooooooo , this is my lonely holidays ,and i got nothings to spent with . I still remember that i have one week holidays that shown by the schedule.So whats my plan is to work for one week or maybe just hang out with my friends. I think my life might be too boring and not wonderful. For me , i don't really like the office job even i know there were high benefits . Obviously, i really don't have the specific hobby and the things that i like . I would rather to learn more skill form different job instead of doing the same thing in the same company .So,i spent my holidays in this cafe to work for earn money . Now i am working at a small cafe which is conduct barista,supervisor,cafe assistant and so on. I work at that place in March , and everything start from zero because i had never learn before anything related to coffee . This small cafe that will be serving blended ,coffee, waffle ,tea and cakes .After few month staying in this small cafe ,i really learn a lot of thing at this cafe , how i am going to opening the shop and so on, everything will be given so clearly but not perfectly .

       First of all ,when i work on the first day , its was really tired because they will have a lot of  small cloth to the particular things to wipe and wash it . It was pretty tired then the previous working place. For example ,small green cloth is for the table and the purple color is for the waffle machine,black color for the plates and so on . There are not only the cloth but for the plate too,a customer that order a coffee will match with a saucer and spoon . After two weeks, i started to learn the step for doing the waffle , it's was really amazing because i dint do before the dessert and all those light food. Our waffle will match with the two scoop of ice cream and filling with topping and deco powder for the waffle to make it look attractive and lastly will match up with syrup .

    This is one of the waffle that we named it bubble egg waffle . In the other hand ,it's call eggette .

This bubble egg waffle named ' a peach of my heart' . I will suggest to you guys that this is for the peach lover which 6 pieces of peach , one of the pretzel , one spoon of the Andros peach syrup and some of the whipped cream and snow deco powder with two big scoop of vanilla ice cream and two layers which one of it is the maple syrup and caramel sources . The taste of a peach of my heart will be sweeter than your love story .xD

    Now , i want to intro to you guys is our best seller , half of the customers will be choose to buy it. The name of this was `the banana nut ' . This will be for the chocolate lover and it's will be suitable for kids because most of the kids will not reject to the chocolate especially ice cream. The parents will choose our best seller and match with coffee , and the bubble egg waffle will be given to them to share because they might be just finished their lunch after coming and have some dessert . This will be with the fresh banana ,some marshmallow ,some almond nib and whipped cream , snow deco powder as well and  chocolate syrup . YUMMY!!!!!

 

  Back to my story again , after i did my waffle well , so i can move forward to the other step, make coffee , yeah , one of my favourite is to doing coffee than anything . Yea , our signature was the hot coffee latte and Americano which the uncle auntie call black coffee and coffee latte is black coffee with milk. Latte which the espresso filled with the steam milk .Moreover , latte milk is silky,creamy and smooth milk that has been kissed enough to leave one cm of foam on top. This is one of the latte art that i make the most pretties art ever .

  After one month ,finally i can touch the coffee machine _barista coffee. I am coffee lover too,while i started to work in this cafe , every staff have the privilege to drink any hot drink that they wants , so i try the latte and i fall in love into it .First time i try ,i kinda not adapt to it because the taste of the coffee were to strong. Until taste it for many times , i love it and i like it . Our working place are based on your attitude and experience in this place and yea our place have the signature got chocolate too,  our chocolate are made by ourselves , the chocolate is homemade and will be mix by different types of chocolate chips and sugar syrup to formed the chocolate source This will be the chocolate source that we made by us .

  This chocolate source will be mix with milk couverture compound and dark chocolate compound and with thirty ml of sugar syrup and hot water . Our hot chocolate will be put with three spoon of chocolate and hot steamed milk and will put the cocoa powder cat will put as a top . This is how its look like ....

  Lastly, i really get a lot of experience on doing this coffee , waffle and so on ,although i wants to learn more about others things but i hope that i can explore more in this country but not just barista .We young ,we should learn more other things but not just study that teacher never told , it will make the life more amazing if we really learn more things. After all of the introduction , i feel like i have to sleep because tomorrow i going to work again ,nite!
